RubyGems on Windows, Part 1

If you're using Ruby, understanding what Gems are all about is essential. The good news is that RubyGems is pretty easy to learn. Jeff Cohen threw together an 11-minute screencast to get you started. The screencast assumes you're using Windows, but for Mac and Linux users, the concepts are the same.

This is Part 1, covering the basics of RubyGems, including how to install Rails on your Windows machine. Part 2 going to be done in the next couple of weeks.
