MVC doesn't have a PostBack model and has lost a lot of the drag/drop ASP.NET Ajax functionality that was provided with .NET 2.0. In this screencast I show you how can leverage the existing AjaxControlToolkit bits, as well as do a nice Ajax-powered asynchronous form post.
