Everybody who has ever owned Photoshop has there own way of black and white conversions. Up until now I really couldn't say that any one technique was that much better than all the rest. Enter the Photoshop CS3 Beta. You can now use a Black and White adjustment layer to convert your digital photographs in a way you never thought possible. Never before have you had this much control over your black and whites.
