The 2008 JVM Language Summit is an open technical collaboration among language designers, compiler writers, tool builders, runtime engineers, and VM architects. There are many websites offering free web design and web development tools. You can upload your site on free web hosting websites. The main drawback of free web hosting is that they put their advertising on your site. But you can use search engine optimization methods to increase traffic and earn some money.
