It's almost spring and Bert's been craving a delicious ice cream bar. Learn how to create a ice cream bar from scratch. Simply by using the Fibers and the Bas Relief filters, you too can create a nearly realistic ice cream bar. Essentially, these filters will add texture to your delicious design.
